Stephen F. Austin

I am a husband, father, actor and acting coach - in that order.  I'm also a retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant, served from 1981-2003.  From 2003-2013, I worked as a Department of the Air Force Civilian Training Program Specialist (GS-12) at Headquarters North American Aerospace Defense Command-US Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. In 2013, after my acting career was really taking off and trying to balance acting and a day-job, I walked away from the lucrative day-job and went all-in as a professional actor and new on-camera acting coach - www.theactorsvoiceworkshop.com.  I studied with my acting coach/mentor Paul Neal Rohrer in Denver, CO, for nearly 10yrs before he offered me the opportunity to franchise his workshop in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  I've worked on acting jobs in Colorado, New Mexico and Utah and have studied with the top casting directors in Colorado and New Mexico. I've also studied with Hollywood actors like Dan Lauria, Jay Thomas, Steve Railsback, Zen Gessner and Rob Moran. I'm married to my wife of nearly 40yrs (October 2023) Dana and we have two adult children, Mark (Breanne) and Laura (Rich) and are proud grandparents of Audrey Rae Austin.
